Although there are plenty of resources in our Developer Portal, we want all integrators to have a delightful experience building with our API. Below you'll find an overview of what to expect during the process of building your integration with Thirdfort.
Getting started
If you're not yet a client of ours, please follow the below steps:
Direct Clients: Fill in our lead form by clicking the 'Get in touch' button on our homepage menu.
Partners: Please contact partnerships@thirdfort.com
A member of our sales team will be in touch to discuss the process of signing up to use Thirdfort's services.
If you're an existing client of ours, please contact your Account Executive. They will be able to discuss building an integration with you in more detail.
Discovery call
Once you've been in touch with our team and your integration is going ahead, we'll book in a discovery call with you to understand what you'd like to achieve with your integration. We'll also cover the technical requirements for your build and agree how best we can support from our side.
Support
You will be put in contact with our Integrations Consultant to kick off your build. Throughout the process of building your integration you can also access general support with any queries via api@thirdfort.com
Key requirements
To ensure that your integration functions smoothly, we have compiled a list of Key Requirements for every integration. If your build is bespoke and anything on the list isn't applicable for your integration we'll be sure to let you know. You can read the list here.
Integration certification
Before launching your integration it must be technically certified by a member of the Thirdfort team. Our certification and testing process ensures that your integration supports all the necessary features and functionality and provides your users with a best in class experience.

Production access
Once your integration has been certified, we'll provide you with your production API credentials and you'll be able to make API calls to our production environment.
Testing & launch
Make sure to test that everything is working and is mapping back in to your system as expected. If you need any assistance you can get in touch with us at api@thirdfort.com. Once you're happy you can launch to your clients!
